The team are doing well to this point in the season. The players are starting to understand the in and out of possession principles and the 5 lanes theory. Its taking a bit of time for that to be natural to them as some players are still being pulled out of position. We will continue to work on this.
They need to understand that there will always be an element of risk in whatever formation we play in.
The work we are doing on communications is starting to take effect although we do still need to remind the players a lot to talk on the pitch. I believe this is a confidence issue and sits in the Psychological and Social corners. Again we will continue to reiterate this with positive reinforcement.
Similar with regards to scanning. I see this as a more difficult skill to master and remember to use. 
The players are starting to be more physical and have a greater desire to win the ball by pressing and anticipation.
Unbeaten to this point of the season but we are starting to see small signs of complacency so we will work on this also.
